underground bunkers
The underground bunker system will be home to
our Festival/Game Control office, security, first aid, Players Party on Sat 1st
May, and Player Staging Area for the two days. These ex WWII underground magazines have
been preserved and renovated for use by military units whilst using the Swynnerton Training
Area.
Bunker 6 has a few
creature comforts for those not wishing to use the campsite. For a £15 fee you will be
allocated an authentic army bed and a steel locker in the main dormitory - you will simply
need a sleeping bag and a padlock for your locker.

You will recieve access to the shower &
toilet block, briefing room, and tv room within bunker 6. Access to this area will be
strictly controlled with security provided throughout, however you are advised to bring a
padlock so that you can utilise the locker.
Bed numbers are strictly limited, and at £15 for two
nights accommodation we dont expect them to be available long so please
book early to avoid dissapointment.
Please note that it is a SEPERATE ticket for the Bunker Accommodation
(£15).
Standard and VIP Festival tickets DO NOT include accommodation
in Bunker 6 - although VIP ticket holders CAN use the toilet block and other
(non-sleeping) areas in Bunker 6
Bunker 7 is a cavernous
self contained underground concrete space which makes a superb party venue on saturday and
warm dry staging space for big game day.
